عاقبت محكمة جنايات شمال القاهره ثمانية أشخاص، اثنان منهم بالسجن المؤبد وأربعة بالسجن المشدد ١٥ سنة, واثنان بالسجن المشدد 5 سنوات, لقيامهم بقتل شخص والشروع في قتل آخرين خلال مشاجره نشبت بين عائلتين بمنطقةالمرج.
صدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار نصحي عزيز.
كانت الخلافات قد نشبت بين عائلتين بمنطقة المرج, علي قطعة أرض زراعية مساحتها ٢٠ فدانا، فاتفق أحد فريقي النزاع مع كل من عمرو نادي وإبراهيم بكر (عاطلين), لافتعال مشاجرة مع العائلة الثانية, وفي أثناء المشاجرة-التي استخدمت فيها الأسلحة النارية- قام المتهمون بمساعدة ستة أشخاص آخرين من البلطجية، بقتل أسامة سلام دكروري عمدا, وشرعوا في قتل آخرين خلال المشاجرة فتم إلقاء القبض عليهم.
